Badges unlock from attendance, statistics and results recorded in the platform. Nobody hands them out: those who put in the work see them appear.

Challenges you design
In the challenge editor you connect blocks: the target (a player, a role, the team), the condition to reach, the logic operator and the reward. For example: three wins in a row, or an average rating above a threshold.
